We ship with tracking on all orders. We ship most small items, pedals and accessories with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on your location/what is fastest, and most larger instruments with UPS Ground(higher values may have signature required - Please indicate if you would rather not have a signature). We pack almost every sale the same day it was paid for, and try to be as thorough and quick as humanly possible. Buyer pays shipping on returns. Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery(buyer assumes return shipping costs). To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected]. Once we have received the item and it is in same condition as original sold, buyer will be refunded. Refunds are generally issued in the original payment form or can be exchanged for store credit.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise marked as non-returnable.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
